Wallpaper 'pointer' blisters

I am looking for a neat looking solution to the damage done to the wallpaper on the half walls between the bath and galley, as well as the bath and BR. Anywhere where a corner of a locker, range hood, etc., contacts the wallpaper I get a hotspot, or pointer, or small tear and blister. I have seen this with all brands of trailers. If AS would just leave a small gap between the walls and lockers, etc., this would not be an issue.

I have looked at vinyl beading, made for this purpose, but this would require major disassembly in order to install properly.

I found some kitchen counter corner trim which adheres only to the cabinet side, allowing the wall to float, but it looks kind of cheap.

I had thought of covering the bruises with thin hickory strips, attached to the walls, all the way around the perimeter of the cabinerts, leaving about 1mm gap between the strip and cabinets.

Has anybody found a neat and good looking solution to this?

We all should spend a little time riding in our trailers while underway ... or at least the factory should. Couch cushions end up on the floor for a reason (and no, it's not all due to running gear imbalances that only get better if you buy xyz whizbangs).

I invite corporate execs up to Minnesota -- one of the few states where riding in a trailer underway is legal -- though the highway patrol advises against it. And I have just the rhythmic bouncing roads to send them to.

It's back in storage, but maybe I can break loose and get a couple of pics..Stay tuned. BTW, I REALLY don't think this is a major imbalance issue. It's just an "itching" between the cabinets and the walls. Kinda like a "pointer" blister on your foot from a new pair of boots, if that makes sense.

These are the pics of the wallpaper contact points. There is very little relative motion between the cabinets and wall at these points. There is just heavy point contact which "itches" and cuts and slides the wallpaper.

Any ideas on a molding which might match? I have found some hickory cabinet moldings online, but the smallest I can find is 1/2" X 1/2". I'd realy like to find something smaller.

If you didn't get flexing of the frame body and walls this rubbing wouldn't happen, your fix is a good idea to hide or cover the result of the problem. MH are legal to ride in and you can feel the road differently from drivers seat or toilet seat.

Oh, for sure, the flex has to be there or things start cracking. You want some flex in anything that rolls down the road. The proper thing for AS to do here is:
1) install with small gaps and perhaps a felt gasket
2) install vinyl beading between the cabinets and the wall. My old $14,000 SOB ('93 dollars) even had this !!!!!

For the wallpaper that is releasing at the edges of cabinets you can go to

Lowes

and buy a spray can of 3M Super 77 adhesive. you can cut the wallpaper enough to roll it back and spray the 77 in and put it back. This is a very strong adhesive.

If you have a bubble in the middle I have no answer.

No "bubbles", just the rubbed areas. Have you personally used this 3M product for this purpose? I tried just what you state at the lower corner of the range hood in the above pic. I forget what glue I tried, but it sorta wrinkled the paper and didn't give it a smooth appearance. Shoulda asked about adhesives first, huh?

Hi, luckily my trailer only has wall paper in the bathroom. One small piece of wall paper located just above the door has began to come loose around all of the edges. I believe mine is due to shower steam. At this time, I have done nothing to correct it.
