Vinyl wrap interior

Good morning! I'm interested in having my interior walls and possibly cabinets vinyl wrapped. Has anyone done this? Success? Horrible stories? This is a bit down the road for me but, I'm seriously entertaining the idea. My other thought is to pick up a paint brush and get to the detail work of it. I really like the creative possibilities of it. I have polishing gear in the mail so that's the first order of business on my 1975 31ft Sovereign.

I never even thought of that. I hope to hear the answer. I'm going to look into that too.

The cost in vinyl was $1,500 Canadian for all interior gables and exterior shower and bath walls. I also used it on some interior door panels up front where my pullout table is. I did have a young proffessional installer come for one day to wrap everything which cost me $400 for 9 hours and covered his drive from Toronto to Fergus (1 1/2 hours).

Absolutely love it! Durable, easy to clean makes any surface that is old look brand new.

One thing of note I only did the interior panels and gables NOT the interior of the exterior walls as this would prove VERY expensive. What we found was since the interior was so clean and modern looking, it made even the oldest and cracked end cap look fresh and fine.
It also helped that I replaced old rotten sections of the subfloor with Coosa, so the damp musty smell is no longer there.
I would do what is easiest and just clean the exterior walls with Spray Nine if I were you.

Oh and the new cabinets and tops I built also helped.

Cheers
Tony
