Smile Twin bunks in front of 1978 31' Sovereign?

Hi all!

Just purchased our first Airstream, an all original 1978 31' center bath, rear queen. Everything in it is in great condition for its age and works, but we need to make it more suitable for our family of 4 (kids ages 2 and 5) and are thinking of building a "room" in the front with twin bunks. We would then remove the credenza and in it's place get a small futon with ottoman. The "room" would have a 1/3 wall on each side, with a curtain in the middle third to close it off somewhat. Anyone ever done anything similar to this or seen it done? I'd love to have input and/or see pictures. Thanks in advance!

I hung a 60s/ 70s oem folding aluminum frame bunk over the front gaucho for my grandkids. Used it for about 5 years. Install or remove in about 5 minutes.
