Thanks Chuck....here's Moosetags actual post on his method of solving the slanted bed problem.
OK. I have now completed my fix for Lucy's twin beds that lean toward the center aisle.
I removed the screws that hold down the aisle edge of the bed board and the center screw at the foot of the bed. I raised the edge 1/2" by shimming it with a 3" wide strip of foam rubber flooring material the entire length of the bed board. I then reattached the board with slightly long screws going right through the rubber shim and into the top frame of the under bed cabinet.
This has leveled the bed board and, in turn, the mattress. I have tried out the bed and I no longer have the feeling that I am rolling into the aisle.

I would say that the problem is the mattress. It is true that the platform is less wide than the bed; however, a quick measure shows that the actual space from end to end is 80" and the width is close to 31" My mattresses were around 77"L x 34"W. I had one custom mattress made for the jutting side (left) and I made a mattress for the right side of solid organic latex. The one on the left was made to OEM size and it is too wide; however, it is comfortable with no tilt at least from a center position. The one I made is great. I made it to platform width 31x78 and it fits perfectly and is also quite comfortable. The original mattresses were awful. For me, and I am not small in width, the 31" is just fine. Interestingly my mom, when she goes says she sleeps better in the camper than at her home. I do not have the cold issue with the sides that Llando88 describes as the walls are upholstered. I would never give up the convenience and benefits of the twin layout -personally.

I did put a level on the bed after I picked it up from its first warranty work.
The bed on the street side is not level. And the mattress is firmer than my prior 2015 AS.

I had the same problem with our 26u. Got two 6"x4'x1/2" boards of poplar from Home Depot. Rounded off one end to minimize bumping in to it and mounted it to bed frame with a 3" overhang. Fully supports mattress and slightly elevates the interior edge of mattress. Works great!

I did pretty much the same thing in my FC25twin except I used 1/4" hardwood plywood. Solved the problem by almost eliminating the mattress overhang and raising the platform on the aisle side

Thanks for the pic. That's an easy solution that I'll do next weekend. Even with only one bed that's not level, I think I'll do both beds so I'll have better edge support.

We did Moosetags mod like post #21 several years ago and that cured it mostly. I also agree that the factory mattresses are not great, but we put high quality memory foam toppers on ours and sleep very well now.......
Hope this helps.

Yes! We’ve had our 25’ 2003 less than a year, but the first night, I thought I was going to fall out of bed! It was hilarious...felt like I needed a handrail on inside to hang on to! Now that I know we’re not the only ones with this problem, has anyone found a solution?

Same experience here, FC25 w twins, I believe people have addressed this, I read a thread recently but not without some modification to the platform they rest on or by artificially creating a different slope w pads under the mattress—- that kind of idea.

We added a 1/2” piece of plywood that ran most of the length of each bed. Also have a piece of angle on the outside edge.
This does three things: slopes the bed back toward the wall (believe it or not, 1/2” is all you need), gives support for the few inches of the mattress that normally hang off in open air, and the angle keeps the mattress of continually sliding out.
All 3 of these things are what make it feel like you’re going to roll off.

Easy fix..
Yes.. they are not flat and not installed correctly. Bad work at Jackson Center.
My other isssue is that the edge of the bed has no support and you feel like rolling off or staying close to the wall.
My solution was to get one 4’ board, 5” wide and less than 1/2” thick for each side.
Home Depot sells them pre cut and calls them “hobby boards”
I set them along the top of the platform, pulled them out toward the aisle to the edge of mattress and then screwed in with wood screws. So much better!

I did the same as you. I went to Home Depot. They didn't have pre-cut pieces, so I had them rip a couple of strips off a 3' x 4' piece. I rounded the outside corners, and sanded them smooth. It made all the difference. The mattress stays in place, and the lift on the edge is just enough for a secure feeling. What I can't figure out is Airstream must be aware of the problem. Why didn't they fix it?

I've never noticed the problem. I just checked both beds and they are dead level.

I think the problem stems from the mattress hanging over the base of the bed 3 to 4 inches. The solution for us was to do as others have done and add a piece of plywood to the base extending support to the edge of the mattress. A relatively easy fix.
We no longer have the feeling of rolling toward the center aisle.
FWIW!

Sounds to me like it's inconsistent construction of the bed platforms and quality in the mattresses. That's why some people can measure platforms that slope, some people mattresses that slope, others neither... and it shouldn't surprise by now when you think of it sadly..
Good solutions here, I've got to make this happen...

We bought our 2013 FB twin used. The previous owner had put a piece of 1"x12" pine along the length of one mattress to support the unsupported edge. This works fine for the wife. I didn't like how it made that side of the mattress higher so I removed the plywood support and replaced it with a wider one that I made to fit.
