I installed the trim for my wet bath with Trempro in May of this year. I have to replace my black water tank. Anyone know if anything will cut the trempro so I can remove my trim? thanks Judy B.

I know Vulkem a little bit from tearing apart shell pieces - working with it on interior finished pieces maybe someone else has a better method, but here is my best guess...

Heat, A safety razor blade, and slow even lifting to get one point separated and the rest should zip apart. I think it might take more than a hair drier, if you go with a forced air heat gun on low be very wary as it will deform the backboard laminate in an instant. Shielding just where the air outlet 'overspray' will flow off the trim onto the backboard will make it work if you are sparing.. with a chunk of sheet metal or thin plywood as shielding, heat the trim piece and work a safety razor blade under it and start prying...

I don't know much about removing Vulkem, but that's one nice looking bathroom!

May I ask what kind of toilet that is and where did you get it?

Thanks everyone I removed it with a hair dryer and a plastic razor blade. It worked as I even saved the trim. I think it was because it had only been installed for 3 MO. The toilet is the the one that was in the trailer when I bought it.. I lightly sanded it and had an automotive shop spray it. It has held up very well so far.
