Striped drapes?
Not long ago, I saw a picture of some drapes on a vista window that were stripped, but can not find the picture again. Does anyone have an idea of where to find it? As I remember the drapes were off white and maybe maroon vertical stripes.

The front curtains in my 1976 Sovereign are pink and white striped. I do have vista-view windows but the curtains don't go up that high. I have posted several pictures of the trailer, perhaps it was mine you saw.

Hi, Judy and Bob, Thanks for the reply! I guess I don't know my terms very well. I do have the Vista View windows, but what I meant was the wrap around windows, front and back.
Your drapes are not the ones I saw, but they look very nice and very professionally done! The ones I saw before were a bolder and, I think, more casual stripe, but also very nice, but am not sure the pleats were sewn in. I do want to sew in pleats.
I can't decide what to do, but whatever will be a lot of work, I'm sure. I have called Colaw salvage in Cathage, Mo. and will stop by there next month to get a drapery panel to use as an example.
Thanks so much for taking the time to post the pictures. I hope mine might look even almost as nice as yours do.

I just found the picture of the stripes on the different curtain design thread. Lots of good information and ideas on that thread.

Here's a photo of some drapes on vista view windows. (I know you said you had your terminology mixed up but your question reminded me of these.) This was a trailer being sold on ebay. I never saw this window treatment before. It's nice but I'm not sure I would do it, I kind of like to see the sky!

What you do is click on the link till it's all blue, then hit "ctrl" "c". Go to where you want to insert the link and hit "ctrl" "v" That's it.

Thanks Mel, I did try to make the link, but failed. I have a class tomorrow and was going to ask someone to do it for me, or try to teach me how. Does the fact that I have a Mac make a difference?
And, JIMARC, thanks for the link to the striped curtains.

Yep, on a mac, instead of using the CTRL key, use the command key, which is the one on either side of the spacebar with the Apple and command symbol on it.
