Soft spot under floor in front of 2008 Safari 23'

I noticed the other day that there was a soft spot under the linoleum in the front of my Safari. No obvious leaks anywhere. If I pull out the interior up front, will it be tough getting it back in?

Might want to get a moisture meter and probe the floor where it is soft . Check out this link
