Those look a little like emergency litters/streatchers. That may be an avenue for you.
My dad made somthing similar out of pipe and canvas for our camper when I was a kid.

Kneal-
The way I see it you have two good options; one- build them, they don't look very hard to build, you just need a good pip-bender. two - marine suppliers, not places like West Marine but the OEM suppliers. Good like and please post pictures when you are finished!

hammock bunks
When I was a kid our early 60's camper had wooden dowels that slid into the hammock slots that sat into "U" wooden mounts on the wall. When not in use, the hammocks would roll us in sit into a decorative wooden trough in the camper. Just food for thought......

Its possible those army/navy stores may have somthing similar if they
still have those stores around .Usually you will find loads of utility type stuff
there .

I thought about putting a couple in over my center twin beds. It looked real tight unless I pulled out the overhead storage. it seemed to come down to kids toys all over the floor or kids all over the floor. I picked the kids on the floor. When they get a liittle bigger maybe I'll get them their own tent.
Half of the value of these bunks is the mounting hardware to attach them to the wall and suspend from the ceiling.
Another idea I had was, it would be fairly simple to rig a bridge at the same level and between the twins and have 1 or 2 bolster type pillows to use as a mattress. It would make an area about the size of a queen. Good enough for my 3 grandkids and 2 dogs.
Similarly, I think it would be feasible to replace one or both twins with gauchos. My Tradewind came with a front and rear gaucho.
