Shower curtain part needed

Hey All-I appreciate any help or suggestions anybody might have. I'm looking for whatever part here in the picture is missing. There's nothing to hold the shower curtain closed and it's like a slinky and wants to spring open all the time. I can't keep it closed and water goes everywhere. What I have looks like a part is missing or broken off. It was like this since purchase. The A side is the sink and the arrow points to something. Somethings missing. the B side points to a place on the curtain that looks like it used to get latched by something. Does anyone know where I might get replacement parts?
