Shower curtain

I've got a 1964 Overlander that I just bought and will be bringing home soon. We are planning to take our first camping trip in March with a family close to home for just a night to make sure everything works before we get far from home with it.

I picked up a 1950-1960s shower curtain (says bath curtain on the box) sold by Sears, still in the box, to use in the Overlander. Problem is, how do I attach it? I didn't think that far ahead when I bought the shower curtain before I had even seen the camper, yet it we had already made the promise to buy it, lol.

I'm thinking I might just go get one of those rods that stay up without holes, but I'm not sure how well that will work with curved walls.
