Sealing Aluminum...?

Does anyone know how to seal the aluminum on the interior? I wire brushed my ceiling and the top part of the walls. I wiped them down with mineral spirits as I went. They looks nice, but are hard to keep clean.

Is there something I can paint/spray on them to protect and seal them?
I found this stuff http://www.streetrodstuff.com/Products/2067/ Anyone ever try it? It is a bit $$$.

Do you think I could just wax it like a car?
