Ya, I thought about that, I just dont think he is sober enough to even know where the bed is much less the cables and the woman he bought it from took it in a devorce from her husband so he wouldnt be able to use it for his fishing trips Drama drama drama

It is a Tibetan prayer wheel. One pulls on the two hooks thus spinning the wheel. I saw it right away. If you clean it up you will see it as well.
