Everything that goes into an Airstream, goes in or out via the entrance door.

Yes, it's very flexible.

No, no windows come out.

Keep in mind, when the shell is completed, it is then water tested at the factory.

Then, and only then, are the guts added.

Be Careful

Be very careful when handling the end caps. Yes the top of the end cap where it is domed is flexible, BUT try your hardest not to let it bend. I would do this job with a minimum of two ppl. Three would be the best. Two to hold each and and one to drill out the rivets to let it down. I on the other hand done it bymyself and ended up with a very small crack on the upper left hand corner of the cabinet. Trust me dont flex it no more than what is needed.
I also removed the couch from the front of the trailer which gave me loads more room to help position it out the door. It will fit but have plenty of help and in no way force it.
