One fairly reliable means of determining what equipment was original equipment to your coach is to acquire a copy of the original sales literature. This sales literature is offered periodically via E-Bay auctions and has been offered via the Vintage Airstream Club Classifieds as well. For the VAC classifieds, see:

Unlike automobiles, equipment included on an Airstream of the Vintage class could be varied somewhat based upon customer "special orders". It also isn't terribly unusual to find a coach with option(s) that may not be listed in any of the literature.
Another way to learn more about the particulars of your coach is to post descriptions and/or photographs of the feature in question. There will likely be an owner out there with a similar coach who will be able to clarify the status of a particular feature.
The LP lamp that you mention was almost certainly a factory option or period dealer installed accessory. The radio (entertainment center) was an option and was often installed in the roof locker above the front sofa as was the external antenna for the radio.
