PROGRESS on my 31' 1969 Sovereign!!!!!

Hello everyone I have made great progress fixing a rotten floor under the fridge, and remodeling the front interior of my Bella. I got the AS last August camped in it twice then tore it apart. Here are some pics of my progress on the inside.Click image for larger version

They are RGB led lights I got from Ebay. They come with a remote and you can blend the colors to make any color you want. One problem I ran into with them was the adhesive tape they come with is so thin it doesn't provide enough insulation between the light strip and the aluminum skin and the lights were shorting out. I ended up using some thicker 3m double sided tape.

well there are some new additions to the trailer this year. The most notable being my brand new dometic awning. When I found out they made curved arms for the 69 up AS I had to jump on it.

ID:	276136 well I wanted to add this to my project page. These are my outside speakers I made. They are made out of 2 old time drive in movie speaker castings. I put new modern speakers in the casting and attached a 6 foot cord with a phono plug on the end. The genius part of the whole thing was I installed a 1/4 phono jack into the window sill and ran the speaker wires inside the wall to the frame. All you have to do is open the window plug in the speaker and hang it on the window sill or awning arm and you got outside speakers without needing to put any holes into the outside of your trailer. Also I think they match the trailer quite well.

Did you lay the new flooring directly over the subfloor or put a layer of Luan in first.?
What do you do about the elevator bolt heads?

I did a layer of Luan first than the new flooring.
