Wanted to tell everyone about the new carpet runner I found for my Argosy. I did have two separate runners that were down with carpet tape, but did tend to come up on the ends. I found this runner at Lowes and it's sold by the running foot. They have the binding tape to give you a finish edge when you cut it. I have run it end to end and even into the bathroom. It has carpet tape, but actually stays in place because it's held there by the doorways. It comes in two tone tan and tan and green. Works well, vacuums clean.

I worked on the outside, stripping and polishing, so this winter we are tackling the inside. We are not changing the layout, but upgrading the flooring and the upholstery.

Here is a before and after. We are waiting for Ambruso to finish the drapes. They won't arrive until March. Too late for the Florida State Rally. (sigh).

Hi Simon,

I viewed the rest of your pictures and what a great design! Your Gaggeneau stove is wonderful too. I am interested in the rectangular plastic item on the wall to the right of your sink. I think it is a dishdrainer? If so where did you get it?

Thanks for the sharing those great pictures.
