Partly removing center ceiling, possible?

I've removed the old antenna and need to run new coax for the new Jack antenna. Of course the old wire won't move so I could pull the new wire in while pulling it out. There is a rib between where the antenna mounts and the outlet by the fridge, so I don't think I can fish a wire either. What it looks like is I will have to pull the center panel back to the second ceiling light to get a new wire fed. Can I do that without kinking the ceiling panel?
I sure don't want to remove that whole panel, especially by myself.
BTW, it is a '76 27' International.

I've done it on my 1970 safari for dent repair.

I really messed mine up trying to remove it by myself. I ended up replacing it with 3 strips and H channels between them for aesthetics. Be careful and slow and have a friend help. That is my best advice.

I pulled the panel down in the TW for the same reason.
On mine I pulled the light fixtures off the vents and drilled out the pop rivets on the vent frames. Took off the a/c shroud and used a Dremel with a cutting disc to cut the front half from the rear under the shroud. Had plenty of flex to slip out of the side channels.
This let me pull coax to the new front jack/amplifier and run new coax to the rear TV outlet.
Went back in with small pieces of painted H channel to cover the slice under the a/c shroud.

Thanks for the replies.
I just pulled it out to the A/C shroud, I was able to fish the wire pretty easily, then put it back and riveted it back. Didn't kink it a bit.
Now to clean up the lights and vents while I have them apart. Looks like I need a new fan might as well order a Fantastic Fan.
