Pantry drawer opens while traveling

We have a 23' international. We have taken our trailer back to our dealer to have them fix the pantry door so that it doesn't open while traveling. They claimed to have fixed it however we just arrived at our site and everything has spilled out again. Has this been a problem for anyone else?
Thank you

We had one drawer that always opened no matter how we tried to align or adjust the guides or latch. Once we put Centramatic Wheel Balancers on all four wheels nothing moves out of place and the drawer stays in place. Also the AS feels smoother during the tow.

The folks we bought our trailer from drilled a hole on the side of the cabinet through the drawer and you put a long screw through it while traveling. Our trailer has a locking mechanism on the pantry door which is similar to the screw idea.
