Overhead recessed lighting

I have a 2007 25'Safari FB with aluminum interior ceilings. I would like to replace the lamps in the overhead lights with LED lamps but can not figure out how to remove the bulbs from the light fixtures. There appear to be three trim rings which do not allow for grabbing the edge of the bulbs from the recessed cans. I can pull the whole can down (with the trim rings still attached) but the housing will only come down about 3/4". Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

You rotate the clear or frosted lens cover and it pops off - counter-clockwise for removal. The bulb will be exposed - it should pull straight down or in some cases they are horizontally installed. You will know which when it's exposed. Careful, if they were on soon before then they will be HOT.

That's how it is on my CCD.

EDIT - I see you said LED - mine are halogen but the ones I've seen remove the same.
