ok; and onto the next problem.....

The wall that separate the kitchen and bathroom shower, and the wall that ends the refrigerator and begins the living room keep pulling away from the ceiling.

The arch of the panel that meets the dome of the ceiling at these places keeps pulling away and dropping down on both sides. We keep trying to reattach these, and each time that we move the unit, they drop back down again. At the top of the shower, we must have almost 2" showing between the top of the wall panel and the dome.

Any suggestions??

I'd say for beginners check your floors to see if they are rotted and sagging. I have a 76 31ft Sovereign and this is not happening in it. Second, are these panels supposed to attach to the ceiling? I don't have the Excella, and my panels don't look as thick and heavy as these. If your floors are solid, you could always shim under the panels to hold them up higher. Otherwise you may need to take the top liner loose and see why these panels aren't holding, that's of course if they are supposed to "hang" from the ceiling, which I doubt.

I think that loosing rivets is one of the symptoms of bad axles. Doesn't sound like that really fits your situation but would be something to keep in mind and easy enough to check.

Are your panels close enough to the side walls (where the ceiling is a bit lower)?

Thanks for the responses.

We have been (and still are) in full repair mode. We have already: torn out all furniture and many appliances; have replaced front and back c channels and all damaged flooring. We have checked all the frame and cleaned, sanded, and repainted frame along with replacing numerous outriggers, and replaced old axles.
It had yet to be on the road again. This is happening when we jack the trailer up to be worked on....

Where and how, "EXACTLY" are you jacking up the trailer.

As I understand it, he had the unit with a jack in the rear on the frame behind the wheels, and another floor jack on the tongue, and not levelled. (Or not checked for exact level) and the walls appeared to be fine.
Then when he removed the jacks and did use a level to make sure the unit was levelled the walls dropped down from the ceiling as in the pictures.
