Hum? When you turn on the water to the hose, is it running out under the trailer anywhere? There are often "several" valves that must be shut to allow the water to actually stay in the piping in the trailer. Most often a trailer has been winterized by now and all the valves are open to allow all the water to drain out of the trailer. The hose connection is usually in the rear of the trailer. There is another intake for the water tank where you can carry water with you and use your on- board pump. This intake can be located in several different places depending on which trailer you have.

Try lifting the battery cover - just above where the water connects and make sure those valves are "on". Ours are set to bypass the water tank and go directly through.

Everytime you try, make sure you have a valve open or the pressure can cause a blow out.
