Need to replace gaucho with U-shaped dinette
What is the easiest way to search this site for drawings/pictures of converting my gaucho into a u shaped dinette. I have a 75 tradewind. I've been looking on this site the last couple days and seem to be going in circles. Any advice? Is there some where I can purchase a factory dinette? Thanks

We have a living quarters horse trailer and will just go with the dimensions of it. Rather simple to build with no curves. I wouldn't want to try one with curves LOL

I have a 1977 Tradewind with a factory dinette. Look at my photos under my profile on the side of this post as there are some of the dinette from different angles and one of the measurements.

Here's the way we did it:

You'll have to go back thru the thread over the past year or so to see how we built it. Love it, The kids say it sleeps really well. I may sleep out there tonight to test it out myself.

so I assume we want to measure for a queen sized cushion area and try to plan the dinette around that size so we can use sheets, and queen bedding..... any tips?

There is a 1970's era Airstream in the shop getting a U dinette retrofitted. I'll ask the owner of the trailer and see if they would mind me posting a couple of photos here so y'all can see what it would look like. If you don't see any photos of it, you'll know they said "no".
