Need a new fan motor

I am not sure where to ask this question so I will put it out here and see what people can help me with. I need a replacement motor for the fan over the stove for our 1976 31' Sovereign. It is DOA and would like to get a replacement before we take it out for the first time on our maiden voyage. Thanks for any tips you can give me.

I got mine, for a 1976 ARGOSY, from OUT DOORS MART in South Carolina. Google them.

They are noisey and expensive, about $ 85.

I'd take your dormant one to an electric motor service company in your area first, to see if it can be repaired for less.

Thanks I will check that out...and see if someone can fix it. That would make more sense if it can be fixed and then move to new if not.

Got it!

I did go to the local electric motor place and they had the exact type of motor I needed. DH got it all hooked up and we have lift off. Or at least suction/exhaust. One more item off of our list. Now on to other steps.
