Please indulge me one more time
The countertop is the same burgundy formica as the new table and dinette.
I asked South Jersey R.V. to put the diamond stainless steel in. He
found it at a place that sells stuff to diners. He had a metals specialist
cut and form it. Most of the work done was " behind the scenes " stuff,
like frame, belly , tanks, plumbing etc.

Hey Jordan
There is no such thing as a 2005 Argosy 52 footer. I made it all up.
A friend of mine stretched a picture of my 20 footer in photo shop,
to goof on me because his trailer is gigantic.

Hey Thomas
It took SJRV 5 months. I had told them I wasn't in a rush, as I wanted
a place to store it for the winter anyway. The kitchen was done in about a week, but he did so many other things. Ron and Linda own SJRV, and they are as sweet as can be. His prices are about on par for the New York area. Especially because he does custom work.
Actually I live in Morris County in Chatham.

South Jersey RV
We went to South Jersey RV on our way back to Raleigh last summer. Very nice people and they have quite a few rigs for sale there. Looks like they do interesting work, and there was a really good ice cream place between their shop and the Delaware Memorial Bridge!

Mandolindave.
Yeah, that is really quite nice. I have seen this stuff in diners I have come across. If it is stainless, it must weigh a ton though. Maybe ther floor should be that redish marbley linolium square stuff, who knows.
Great job. I can smell the bacon, pancakes, and blueberry muffins from here!!!!
Cheers.

Hey Jordan
Now when I am asked what the difference is between Airstream and
Argosy, I will tell them that the Argosys cost more.

The attached photo looks good, but I am guessing you want a picture the isn't 'front on' and shows off your counters better. Short of investing on a fancy slr type camera with an equally fancy optional lens for pictures in tight quarters, I have scrunched up against walls with my head turned picasso style, just to get a shot.
Here's what I do in your situation:
I am assuming you are using a digital camera with a viewer that allows you to review a picture you have just taken, okay? The beauty of digital is that there are no longer 'wasted' shots; just erase what you don't like and keep snapping away.
I do the picasso thing first to get a rough estimate of where the camera has to be and review the picture, then I hold the camera against the wall where my head was to get as much of what I am shooting into the frame as possible. Again, I review what I have taken, and make adjustments. It is trial and error, but all it costs is your time, patience, and battery power.
Since you have a shiny interior, disable the flash and let the natural light do the work. You may have to schedule your picture taking around the best part of the day for the area you are shooting. On the last picture you posted, from that direction, I would have partially or completely closed the front curtains to reduce the glare, and opened the side curtains for light (but not the kitchen window).
Don't forget that you can turn the camera sideways and take pictures, and then rotate the picture later with your photo software.
Your efforts at renovating are super, and I would sure like to see more!
Funny, it somehow looks smaller inside than 52' Must be the camera you're using.

Adhesive
Use Sika-Flex Adhesive ( NOT THE SEALER ). Comes in a caulk type tube. But I warn you!!! Once it is on it is on.
