Led Clock

My 77 Excella has a built in led style clock in the front above the couch. Does anyone know where I can find a replacement, some of the led's are burned out.

My guess is that you would either have to find one on eBay or adapt something.

There were at least half a dozen of these clocks in control panels in wrecked Airstreams in Bob's (RIP) Salvage yard in north Florida last year, so I suspect you will find the same near you. If you type "salvage" into the search box above, you should find the information you seek. If not, come back to us for local salvage yard suggestions.

I searched for several weeks trying to find any sort of red led clock to replace mine. I finally gave up and tore into my old one. It's a pretty simple part to repair, as long as you dont need the main I.C.
I suspect the LED segments could be purchased from Mouser or Allied and simply soldered in. Mine had a shorted Zeiner diode and a blown current limiting resistor.
