keeping the inside dry during storage

to go with the other thread about storage, how to you keep the inside dry while in storage?

not from leaks, just from moist air ?

is there anything you can put inside that will suck up the moisture ?

I have seen cars that were in storage and the inside turned green from what I would think was mold

again thanks for your advise

I keep mine at home. So what I try and do is go inside several times a week, open the vents and windows up, weather permitting. Sometimes I'll fire up the furnace and watch some TV for an hour or two during the evening.

if there is no access to electric hook up for a dehumidifier , I would look into "damp rid" sold at wal mart or home depot to helpo soak up some of the moisture. Venting the inside will help also, but having lived in a salty-air near the ocean environ myself, I know it is a challenge. I also think you will benefit from a good wax coat on the outside- and possibly a cover for your trailer to prevent the outside sea air corrosion.
