Question inverter plug

I have a 2008 23ft safari. It has two lighter plugs for the inverter to go in. The one in the front cabin is not round. I called my airstream dealer and he did not have an answer for me. I need to know how to use the inverter that plugs in (light a lighter plug in a car) which is not round. I had a 25 in flat screan installed and can not use it when I dry camp at Montauk NY. Anyone have an answer? Rob

The quick answer is to use the 12v plug that is not distorted until you can get the other one taken care of. I'm guessing the "not round" plug is obloid, and if so, it shouldn't be that way.

There were some 12V receptacles installed that are undersize defective manufacture. If you got one or more you'll need to replace them-they dont fit anything
