interior skin molding and rivets

i have removed the lower skins on my 1974 soveriegn and the plastic trim pieces that go on the edge of the metal was brittle and broke... the are sorta like a j channel or something.... does anyone know what they are called and where ot purchase these... also the rivets must have been drilled out before and i was wondering if there was the same size rivets with bigger heads that i could purchase or what to do to make it look nice...
