Interior Renovation Complete!

It is finally coming to a close. The interior is coming together. What a labor of love. It was so much worse than I ever expected. A special thanks to all those that advised us through the process. Now onto the exterior!

The floor is the peel and stick laminate from lowes. You are supposed to prime the floors first, but they don't tell you that!

Eastern South Dakota is very pretty with hills, rivers, and trees.

Caroline, I'm impressed with your results from when we saw it on the lot for sale. Keep up the good work and enjoy!

Caroline,
What a lovely job you have done. The colors are fabulous! I am just starting the interior of our 1976 25' Tradewind. Wish me luck!
Blessings,
Janet

Best Wishes!

I wish you the best and hope that your road was smoother than ours! I would tell you to brace yourself and know that the surprises are coming, but roll with it and have fun! You can check out my blog if you want to see a more detailed look at the process. Next week, we are taking her to have the brakes, wheels and tires replaced... really hoping the axle is okay!

Congrats from a fellow Georgia girl! It looks wonderful! I'm still slogging through the process, and hope mine will look as good as yours does. BTW, what type of window coverings did you use?

I have the original blinds still. They are cream colored and don't really match. I am going to get new ones from Lowes that are white, but just haven't gotten around to it yet. I opted not use to use a window treatment because I was really trying to keep it clean and modern. I pulled out the curtain tracks around the windows and filled in the rivet holes. Have fun on your project!
