Interior lights needed- help pls

Hi everyone
Relatively new to this forum. Just bought a 59 Airstream Globester that is being restored now . I need to put a 2 way directional light over the front window, a single light by the bed and one in the bathroom. Does anyone know of a source that has these lights that look somewhat vintage? Vintage Trailer Supply only carries the single ones. Need a type of sconce or ones you can move around to give off a fair amount of light but has to be wall mounted with a on/off switch on the lights. I GREATLY appreciate any help.
