Interior End caps

In my 1993 25' excella both the front and rear end caps or sagging. The rear has gotten so bad I have had to brace it. Airstream service said the material shrinks and only fix is to replace. Should that happen? What can I do. Appreciate any help. Trailer is in great shape otherwise
