Ideas to change the floor plan / interieur of a 1979 Safari

Hi! I just bought a 1979 Safari. Technical everything okay, yet since the floorplan is not what I want to have, I plan to use the winter time (currently we have minus 4 degrees celsius and snow) to do some restoration of the interieur (relocation of bed, dinette etc.), I even think of making the silver coach completely empty and rebuild a new interieur. So I want to ask those of you, who already have some experience in such a restoration to kindly share your ideas (best would be in the form of photos) with me.
