How to remove dinette?

I am thinking about eventually removing my dinette and replacing it with some chairs like the attached pic. I have a 2014 FC dinette that turns into a bed (second attached pic).

Has anyone removed the dinette? How is it attached to the floor?

If you access from under the seat cushions you should see the dinette frame screwed down. My 25fb is like that.

Just removed ours buy a screw gun. We are replacing with a day bed/couch. Will post some pics once we are done. We have a 2010 FC 30 with recliners. Note the water heater is under the booth by the television.

Ewww. Wasn't aware the water heater was down there. Might have to rethink my plan. Didn't plan on having to move that.
