Help! Bed is stuck in up position!
We lifted bed to put stuff underneath in storage bins for the night and heard a "click". It is now stuck up in the air. How do we get it back down? Lift mechanism says "master lift" on the side. Is in 30' 2014 Imternational Signature. Thank you!

Are they gas strut tubes like on your car trunk/hatch?

I don't remember any locking mechanism on the bed lift, it's all done with the "air shock" lifts. Simply push down firmly on the foot of the bed, and it'll close.

The '15's don't have a lock, either.

I'm fairly certain that Master Lift is a brand of gas spring. The ends are typically a ball and socket affair. There may be a keeper on the socket that keeps it from popping off the ball. If your helper or a prop is used to hold the bed up, you should be able to pry the keeper of and simple detach the socket from the ball and then lower the bed. It might be best to remove both springs to keep the bed from twisting. In addition to length, these springs have different working levels so your replacements should be the same else they won't offer enough lift assistance or will be so strong the bed won't stay down.

Same thing happened on our 2014 25fb Int. I had to remove the gas struts in order to lower the bed.

On a 2014 model, it should be under warranty. After y'all get done camping this weekend, give your closest dealer a call for them to take care of it.
