Our 02 Safari 25B has a folding mirror in the bedroom as many AS's have. It may be a dumb question, but, what is the purpose of the folding function of this mirror? Maybe I am just over thinking this.

I used my fold down mirror as a tv table until I removed it to install a tv wall mount bracket in it's place. Then I built a narrow box shelf to hold the remote and things I take out of my pockets at night. The shelf coverd the holes in the wall where the hinges mounted.

I installed 2 each of them on the hanging wardrobe cabinets in my twin bed 2002 ASCL 31' so that when sitting on the bed they could be used as shelves to rest drink glasses, TV, etc.

Hi, the folding mirror in the bedroom is for a small television set. You fold the mirror down and set the small television on it and the power outlets and antenna connections are right there. [to the left of the window on mine] I have never used mine.

Incidently, I have one of these new and unused if anyone needs one, PM me. It is oak trimmed. I bought it then decided to get a flat panel and wall mount.
