Duct work help

I am in the process of replacing the duct work (hose) in our 1981 excella 2 31' rear bedroom.

I have replaced the 4" duct hose from the heater to the back bedroom, there is another 4" coming from the heater, it splits into two 2" lines under the sink in the kitchen, one 2" line goes to the bathroom to a vent.

The other 2" line goes between the wall at the kitchen and the shower wall and into oblivion.

Does anyone know where this line goes and what it's for? Is there any way to get to the end of it so I can use it to pull the new one through?

Thanks, hoping somebody has some experience with this.

That line is to keep your water tank from freezing.
