Drawing on inside wall
I`ve been taking out the inner pannels on our 65 caravel,,,yesterday i decided to take out the top middle ones,,,,once i got the old wiring and insullation out,,,,there was a drawing in felt pen of a duck,,i`ll try and get a picture of it,,,i was given very good instruction on how to put the picture on,,,but i accidentally deleted it ,,,,has anybody come across,,,,drawings like this,,,,i think it might have been a worker on the line,,,,,i got my new dexter axel in,,,it was quite easy to do,,,the hardest part was finding the 5/8 bit and a drill to hold it,,,,,thanks keith and sheila

Can't wait
I can't wait to get home and remove the inner roof panels of our '65 Caravel and see what I find.
Is yours an Ohio or California trailer?

Guess I won't be removing the inside skin from the roof of our '65 Caravel. Ours is a Jackson Center trailer so it probably doesn't have the same artwork as your California unit.

I wonder who the artist was who thought 'I'll just scribble this up here, wouldn't that be cool if someday people saw it?' He could never have guessed by then we'd all be connected instantly by computer and fans of Airstreams around the world would see his duck!

Looks like an ancient Anasazi painting. Are you sure you're not towing a national monument?
