Dinette in my 68 GT

I want to replace my front Goucho in my 68 GT with a dinette, but what do I do with the water tank. I would like to replace it with a dinette similar to a safari. Can I get some suggestions please. Thanks. Mike

Hi Mike, You make a cover for the tank. This is the best pic I have on my lil' computer. I can dig up more if you need.

Dinette

Don't know where your water tank is in the GT. In my '74 Argosy it sets across the front of the trailer. Check out my blog. You will note a step under the dinette, it covers the tank. I removed a gaucho and built a dinette.

TG, I have been studying your dinette posts and looking at the photos all day. Might get started next week. Got a question for you? How high is the bench. I'm thinking about going 13 inches for the higth. I'm sure I'm going to have more questions later. Thanks for the help.
