I've got one spot in my 2007 23' Safari where the floor creaks when you walk over it. It doesn't compress or feel soft, you just get a creak when you step on it. It's amidships in the center of the floor over the axles.
Should I worry about this or just let it annoy me

I have it and it annoys the heck out of me sometimes. I think the only real cure is to get the belly pan off and do something that might quiet it down a bit. Also have some creaking cabinetry. I don't think the factory puts any expansion type materials between walls and countertops, though I think they should.
Off line, someone told me that the only way to fix this is to remove the floor covering (vinyl) and re-nail/glue the floor. He also said that if its not soft or compressing, there really isn't a problem. He has a spot like it in his 34'.
I guess it's just going to annoy me.
