Innovations

Lots of innovation with this outfit: an all black Mercedes SPRINTER hauling my Pepper White and Black MINI Cooper and pulling the matching, “contemporized” ARGOSY.

The main thread is long because the project has gone on for 4 years but there’s lots to read and see:

http://www.airforums.com/forums/f227...tml#post628818

All new interior with custom built and modified IKEA furniture, Marmoleum flooring, Concerto toilet in renewed all-white bath with vessel sink, LG Art Cool Commercial Residential air conditioning and the world’s first diesel powered Airstream trailer, featuring a Webasto TSL 17 coolant heater and Webasto diesel cook top - ( separate thread here):

http://www.airforums.com/forums/f287...ler-23048.html

Also, all new holding tanks and Sani-Con waste management system in separate compartment, new Yokohoma tires with moon caps, slide out desk, pot lamps on 12 v dimmers and much more….

Enjoy,

Sergei

Is that a dishwasher next to the stove?

Hello Carol, that is a refrigerator. Small, but better than nothing.

I was thinking of installing one of these... what do you think?

As long as the toilet water is downstream from the washing machine, and not vice versa, I'm cool with that.

I was amazed also at some of the interior decorating I’ve seen and would love to see more. Would appreciate photos or directions to find great posts or websites with them.

Thanks so much,

Tbro,

OK, seriously now.
Is that thing for real or did you artistically create it on your computer?

Area63, your trailer is nicer than any new one. It is so airy and sparkly. The slide-out pantries make such excellent use of space. Thanks for sharing!

Swooning here.

Uwe, you are a genius!
That's one of the most subtle and gorgeous Airstream remodels out there.
Congratulations Paula and Ed!

Uwe from Area 63,

Your craftsmanship is utterly amazing! I was swooning, lust at first sight...
I spent the last hour or so of my evening roaming around your site lost in reverie.

I have to see this all up close,
Carol

Actually I found it on a site that lists weird technical creations. I was looking for pics of weird motor homes and it was listed there. It also had pics of the motor homes that can go into water. You can read up on it on several sites by Googling "washer toilet combo". It's a design concept. here's a link to one article that explains the concept:

http://www.inoutstar.com/news/The-Wa...ombo-5697.html

And here's another site that lists strange but true appliance combinations. I really liked the microwave/toaster and the in-sink dishwasher combo models.

http://www.mybadpad.com/fun-stuff/10...e-combinations

Ok, I'll stop now, I've edited this post three times...
