Bathroom paint advice needed

I want to spruce up the faded, blotchy and discolored sink and countertops in the bathroom of my AS. It appears to be ABS plastic off yellow color. Any ideas from someone who may have done similar? Is there a spray paint product or similar that would work without peeling off or rubbing off?

I would love to do the same thing to our 1980 International. Structurally, it is in good shape, it's just so faded.

I've heard that Krylon Fusion will work on this material but have not tried it myself.

There are also bathroom paints available for painting tiles. They may require more prep work but may be more durable.

Homax is a great product. Check it out here.

My process was long but worked great. I removed all pieces to be painted, and sanded them down with 120 and then 220. Then I prepped them with XIM primer spray and resanded with 220. Afterwards, I sprayed 2 coats of Homax Tub and Sink Paint. You must let this cure for 72 hours. Finally. I sanded with 800 and then 1500. I even went a step further and buffed it out with car wax (which really made it look amazing...

Thanks reinergirl! That was the plan. The buffing with car polish really helped to make it look new and fresh. The Homax (hopefully) keeps it strong and durable.

I use automotive bumper paint. Any color is possible. It requires a system of primer, base coat, and clear coat.
