The trap

Okay, the trap and the black water tank is a problem. In the older AS the shower-tub is hooked to the black water tank on a wooden frame. the trap is below that. Not in mine. I did not want to waste the room. The toilet and the bathroom sink is black water only. The shower and the kitchen sink is grey water. As you might know there is no grey water in the older AS. I have a portable grey water tank. Or just find full hook-up sites. The trap is below the deck for the shower and hooks to the new drain. In-side when I removed the inner skin, I hooked everything up to both vents. I install 2 valves 1 for the black that is tucked under and one out side.
This all took planning. I'm not sure if I will ever install a grey water tank. It it just easier to find a full hook-up site.
Hope this helps

Re: bunkbeds: are you talking about bunks or hanmocks? The frames must be very strong, remember to account for the torque when the edges are grabbed for climbing up and down etc, and when the kids all pile into one or another and jump around. Here are our bunks in action, sometimes they seem like jungle gyms!
