They are beautiful!

At $225 though, don't you agree that the wall sconce is a little overboard?

Aw, go on. Get the sconces. Part of AS ownership is the awesome price of personalization & upkeep. They do look great. You can get 12volt light bulbs for them at camping stores & NAPA.

wait, so your saying i can put 12v bulbs into a regular 110v light?

i'd love the sconces but really,we're newlyweds and about to build a house [when we can save some $$ and stop spending it on our AS] so its just not worth it to spend on them. but i can dream about them tonight

[no, seriously....last night i had a dream - no, a nightmare - that my aunt towed the AS and it came unhitched and fell on its side....]

Ouch, a little rich for my blood! But that sconce would look gorgeous in my trailer with a copper finish

Those drawer pulls pretty much look like the kitchen cabinet hardware from Grandma's 1960's vintage house. Broke my heart to see my cousin had remodeled and thrown them all out in favor of bland, modern knobs.

shes throwing away good $$ there. the ORIGINAL's online were selling for like $100 for 4.

it was very hard finding 4" handles. apparently they only have 3" and 96mm now. and my holes were predrilled from the old handles.... so i splurged. a $24 'splurge' is permissible, especially when i saw the lamps i fell in love with were $500 for 2

my consolation prize i suppose.
