Airstream table

I'm looking for a table that I think has come from Airstream for models without a dinette, that adjust to a coffee table and then can be raised with leaves that open to become a dinning table for meals. Does anyone know where I could find such a table?

I remember seeing these advertised in Trailer Life years ago. I think it was the Hi-Lo Table Manufacturing Co. Do a search and maybe you can find a link. Good luck....

you could also try colaw's salvage in MO. I haven't bought anything there but am thinking about looking for a side table there - the small one that doesn't fold out far.
I remember reading about someone else on the forum buying one there over the phone and Colaw's packaged it up nicely and shipped it to them at reasonable cost.

Colaws is by no means reasonable....We were there last week and found them to be REAL proud of there AS parts, I guess I would be too......We left empty handed after a 150 mile round trip....it was fun going through the wreckage ..kinda eerie thou

I will be removing the table & storage area from a 74 Tradewind in a week. This sits on the right side of the front gaucho as you look at it. I can send photos if interested.

Goldilocks "Just Right" Ikea Table

I have "experimented" with a couple of possibilities...

Below is a "Hi/Lo" (double wing) purchased from camping world...adequate, just barely, for two people for eating, works fine for a coffee table.

The above table just didn't work for us...

Below, is a double fold standard height purchased from "Ikea". We have found that this works MUCH better for us. Both tables are bungied to the wall (multiple hold downs riveted to the wall purlins) during travel. The standard height table below is used as a very small coffee cup/picture table (unfolded), or as a table for two (one wing extended), or can be brought to full width extension for four or more, or for games or jigsaw puzzles. The Ikea model has three drawers on either side, also, it is light enough to be easily brought outside for picnic or serving table use.

The Ikea table is certainly more versatile than either the original Airstream side fold table or the Camping World Hi/Lo, but it does weigh substantially more than anything else we have tried.
