I'm sorry, but this whole sale is just so pathetic to me.

The wife appeared so very star struck and high in enjoyment of her "15 minutes of fame" during the episode. She got the chance to hang out with the semi stars of reality cable tv--and got the consequenses. Now it appears she's putting up a brave face. They can't be happy that the first sale fell through. The glory of having their trailer transformed on tv is completely washed out by the pitiable little story we are all watching unfold...

They do appear to be answering all the pointed questions honestly, so I suppose the high bidder should know what is for sale. It mystifies me why it's selling for so much, but I wouldn't be surprised if they end up with another disatisfied high bidder. It's all just sad, sad, sad.

The real villains seem to be the While You Were Out folks who did a basic demo job on the unit and failed to take any responsibility (they didn't even fix the table that they screwed up). Oh, well...

Mary

Final

Well, they got $5101 for it....I'm going up on the hill and get that 31 footer near me, and putting holes in...must be highly sought after design....let's not be hard on the one that bought it when they arrive on the forum..hopefully they don't find this thread.

Right

Maybe the sellers were forum members...but I think not. They would have come to use, let us know it was going to happen, and asked advise....but then again, maybe he was a forum participant, and she wasn't....will we ever know? Probably not. Got luck to whoever got it...I mean, Vintage Thunder has new inside skin, in less than a year..so maybe that's what they are thinking.

For that price, I think they have the $$$ to fix it up.

This episode aired again tonight...didn't get to see it the first time and up to now couldn't appreciate the amount of destruction wrought on this poor Overlander. Wow, you folks weren't kidding.

#Rant mode on

How to describe it...it like a nightmare from which one cannot awake; an abomination; the senseless and clueless mutilation of a vintage original; oh the humanity!!!

O.K., I'm done...
