Accessing radio speakers.

How do I remove the grille and speaker in the rear bedroom of my 2000 30' Excella? There is no access from the back side that I can see and the roadside speaker is not working. I'm hoping for a loose wire either at the speaker, at the radio, or at the wire net bundle in the rear storage compartment. Any other suggestions for trouble-shooting a faulty speaker?
