2014 Classic Shower Stall Issues - leaking

We have a 2014 Classic and the shower has not been right since day 1. It initially leaked through the door onto the floor (staining the wood panel beneath the door itself). We had it in to be repaired - twice and neither time has it been fully addressed. It's obvious the door itself fully needs to be replaced, but have not been able to get the dealer to do that. The door does not sit "squarely". Since the last time we had it in for repairs, the door no longer closes properly/tightly; water leaks from the shower through the door.

Anyone have similar issues and have a happy resolution to share? Our next stop might have to be Jackson Center, but we're hoping we can avoid that.

First, try to determine exactly where the leak is. Is leaking through the door jamb or through the flexible plastic gasket along the bottom of the door. We had our shower door gasket split after only a few months - replaced during a visit to JC. We also installed an inside shower curtain to keep the door from staining - although the door should not be leaking at any rate.
Either the dealer or JC should make this right.

This is a known problem with recent shower doors. I'm surprised your dealer does not know of the fix. The doors are not well secured on the hinge side and as a result they tend to sag which rips the plastic gasket along the bottom and allows water to escape the shower. We had this addressed at Jackson Center where they straightened the door and installed a small plastic block under the lower edge of the hinge and secured same with a small screw. A picture is attached. They also replaced the gasket which has remained intact. Show this to your dealer and have them do this too. It has worked like a charm for 18 months since the fix.
