The door does not sit "squarely". Since the last time we had it in for repairs, the door no longer closes properly/tightly; water leaks from the shower through the door.
Anyone have similar issues and have a happy resolution to share? Our next stop might have to be Jackson Center, but we're hoping we can avoid that.
First, try to determine exactly where the leak is. Is leaking through the door jamb or through the flexible plastic gasket along the bottom of the door. We had our shower door gasket split after only a few months - replaced during a visit to JC. We also installed an inside shower curtain to keep the door from staining - although the door should not be leaking at any rate.
Either the dealer or JC should make this right.
