2001 25 Safari Bathroom Wall Issue

The forward wall between the bathroom and the hall moves at the top. The front corner pushes out about 3/4" every time we drive. I push it back in but it doesn't stay. I don't see how it was ever fastened. There is a large quarter round trim strip between in and the wall the refrigerator is mounted in. MAybe it was originally glued or was supposed to be. It has been like this since we bought the trailer a year and a half ago. I'd like to fix it but I'm not sure how to do it. I could run a screw into the transverse wall of the bathroom, or squirt some gorilla glue in there and pop it back into place, or both.

Anyone have a clue as to how this was supposed to be secured?

Thanks,

Al
