Wow! Quite a process... congrats!

Are you planning to have a heat source of some kind under the trailer for use in especially brutal cold weather? The most vulnerable point will be the drain valves, of course...

If you let your holding tanks get nearly full before you drain them rather than leaving them open all the time — which is the recommended procedure to prevent solids from building up in the black tank — you will want them operable at all times...especially when it's time to drain. If the part outside the underbelly freezes, it may be difficult to drain your tanks...especially is day-time temps don't allow for thawing....just something to think about.

nice deal for sure.. looks like the RVskirting.com guy knows his stuff..

I was reading in you dec blog about being in Connecticut to work response and recovery for Super Storm Sandy.

Had to ask if that was with FEMA..?? if so I would like to ask a few question on that as i have check it out but not gotten very far in more info other that what is on website for FEMA..
