First real meal in the trailer

Ok so we have been working like crazy to get the trailer ready and the house finished. Much more work on both still to come bit tonight was black tank work and then relax fir the first real dinner in the trailer!

Looks great - did you do all of that inside the trailer, or do the meat outside? Is that two place settings or four? What time is dinner tomorrow?

Fly fisher? Me too!!! Will be traveling thru Colorado on our way up to Banff and Jasper NP'S in Alberta. Fished around Crested Butte and Maroon Creek west of Aspen last year.
Dinner looks very appetizing!
